Meet Our Staff

About Dr. Kuperman-Beade

Dr. Kuperman graduated from Brown University with a double major. She continued on at Brown University of Medicine and graduated with honors. She completed her medical internship at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in New York City and her dermatology residency at the State of New York University Health Science Center. She is a Board Certified Dermatologist and was elected to the American College of Mohs Micrographic Surgery. Dr. Kuperman spent two intensive years with Dr. Perry Robins, a well renowned Mohs surgeon, at New York University Medical Center.

Her first year of fellowship training concentrated on Mohs surgery. During her second year fellowship, while continuing to do Mohs surgery, she trained in cosmetic dermatology. Her cosmetic experience consists of Botox, Restylane, Perlane, Juvederm, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, sclerotherapy, and Laser surgery. Her interests lie in skin cancer surgery and cosmetic procedures.

Administrative Staff

Mandy Faust, B.S.W., H.T. has been the Office Manager since 2006. Mandy manages the office including the billing and the laboratory. Previously she managed a Mohs Surgery office in Florida for 8 years and served in the United States Air Force as a Histotechnician.

Clinical Staff

The clinical staff assists in the pre-operative, surgical and post-operative visits.

Janice Haley, L.P.N. has been a member of the clinical staff since 2005. Janice joined the practice after over 10 years in a General Dermatology practice.

Crystal Wall, M.A. has been on the clinical staff since 2007.

Donna Crook, R.N. has been a member of the staff since 2014. She has 36 years of Dermatology/Mohs Micrographic surgery experience.

Laboratory Staff

Mandy Faust runs the CLIA certified Mohs Laboratory. With over 18 years experience in Mohs Laboratory Technique. Mandy is an ACMS certified Trainer, which enables her to train appropriate candidates in the Mohs Laboratory technique.

Crystal Wall has been assisting in the daily running of the laboratory since 2009.
